One Shelf Count, Split By Channel
Each product has one physical count, split into Whatnot, TikTok and Unassigned pools that always add up to the shelf count. You decide how much each channel can sell.
Every Stock Change Has A Name On It
Every stock change is recorded with who, when, where (bin) and why. Count checks can’t zero out a product that still has orders waiting to be packed unless an admin logs an override.

Export a Whatnot inventory file from your Whatnot pool (optional safety buffer) and upload it to Whatnot. Each export logs who ran it and the quantities per SKU. Stock moves by file, not by a live sync.
Using Shopify With Whatnot
Whatnot’s Shopify connector syncs listings and stock from Shopify. SaleTrail doesn’t connect to Shopify. It tracks the physical stock in your warehouse: bins, a split between Whatnot and TikTok, every movement, and picking and packing. You then export files to each platform.
