How Long Do I Have To Ship Whatnot Orders?
Whatnot asks you to ship each order within 2 business days of the sale, not counting weekends and holidays. An order counts as shipped when it gets a drop-off scan, not when the label is created. See Ship-By And First-Scan Rules.
Does SaleTrail Mark Orders Shipped In Whatnot?
No. “Shipped” is a status inside SaleTrail, set by a label scan or a bulk-ship batch. You still need the carrier’s drop-off scan, Whatnot’s in-app shipment scanner or the Whatnot Manifest (if you have access) for on-time credit.
Does It Replace Whatnot Labels?
No. Keep buying and printing labels in Whatnot.
How Do I See Who Packed What?
Every stage after Pending records who did it and when.
Does It Work For TikTok Shop Too?
Yes. TikTok Shop and Whatnot orders are packed from the same stock.
When Is A Spreadsheet Still Fine?
